I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was thoroughly impressed by the level of comfort and the quality services provided. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the center of all the main landmarks and with plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. It was so convenient to be able to walk everywhere and explore all the attractions this place has to offer.
Recommendation: This hotel would be a great choice for families.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city - just off the main square and close to all the important attractions. The room and bathroom are spacious and modern, with friendly English-speaking staff providing excellent service. Tea and coffee are available all day, and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Plus, there are plenty of options for breakfast nearby, including a great milk bar down the road.
The hotel mattress was too hard, which was uncomfortable for guests with back problems.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just off the main square in a quiet street. The hotel facilities were modern and the room and bathroom were spacious. The staff were friendly and English-speaking, making communication easy. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and of good quality.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast accommodated dietary requests. The location is perfect, on a charming street. The room was comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips!

The staff at Hotel H12 were very good too assist me when I had an issue with parking. They called the police and even accompanied me to the location to ensure everything was resolved smoothly. Their genuine care and helpfulness made my stay lovely. I highly recommend this hotel.
